- Symbolic sticker representing MMIWG cause. MMIW sticker (woman in red dress).
- History of Use
- Raises awareness of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women associated with the Red Dress Committee. There was a Red Dress Committee for the year leading up to the games. At the cultural village, there was a red dress activation event where individuals went to speak with elders, and wrote notes on red fabric squares. The squares were collected to be sewn into a quilt. There was also a pin of a woman in a red dress holding an eagle feather, it was handed out at the red dress activation.

NAIG is the largest multi-sport and cultural event in Atlantic Canada: 5250 Athletes, 16 sports, and 3 age divisions (male & female), over 750 Indigenous Nations represented, and 3,000+ volunteers contributed 60,000+ hours across 60 venues.
