- Given to special guests as a token of appreciation. Made from cedar, a traditional medicine. Each delegation had Honoured Guests (VIPs) attend the games and they all received one when they arrived. These guests could have been politicians, family, significant supporters of NAIG, Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and Chiefs.

These guests could have been politicians, family, significant supporters of NAIG, Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and Chiefs. NAIG was hosted inĀ Kjipuktuk (Halifax) July 15-23, 2023. NAIG is the largest multi-sport and cultural event in Atlantic Canada: 5250 Athletes, 16 sports, and 3 age divisions (male & female), over 750 Indigenous Nations represented, and 3,000+ volunteers contributed 60,000+ hours across 60 venues.
