- A medal that has a shield styled body and raised runner design. A leaf motif borders the shield and the word 'championship' is cast across the top. There is a bar attached by two chains across the top, which is designed as a pair of wings holding up the emblem and words, and a pin on the reverse side of the bar. There is a banner just below the wings with words cast into it.
