- Silver-coloured 50cents coin decorated on one side with Elizabeth II's head and the inscription 'ELIZABETH II DEI GRATIA REGINA'. The other side is decorated with a royal coat of arms, surrounded by ' 50 cents CANADA 1953'. Milled edge. Coin contained within a cream square envelope with '12' on the front.;Silver dollar coin decorated on one side with Elizabeth II's head and the inscription 'ELIZABETH II DEI GRATIA REGINA'. The other side is decorated with a canoe with two First Nation Peoples in it , surrounded by 'CANADA 1954 DOLLAR '. Milled edge. Coin contained within a cream square envelope with 'Canada 1954, $, 11, x' on front, and intialled on sellotape adhered over flap.
